By signing this invoice and shipping your packages through us you agree to the terms, conditions, rates and every clause in this contract and so does the consignee by receiving the packages. Any freight or goods with a pending balance, with more than 15 days in the port and client notified will have to pay the additional charge of 5% of the shipping cost and storage fees. After 30 days if the goods have not been claimed you will loose all your rights over the freight or goods.
Customer is 100% responsible for what he/she ships, so if the goods involve , Include additional fee’s after its in the destination port you will be responsible. Customer is also responsible for the cost of any additional documents required by the destination country.
In case of damage, breakage or loss, beyond what is explained in this contract we are responsible for paying 50% of the value of the freight Shipping cost and $100.00 per freight, package or barrel shipped .
Customer should not receive freight or package at destination or sign , if he thinks the freight goods has been violated, damaged , or does not belong to him, he must immediately notify our office and return the package in order to verify the case, if the customer signs for the invoice he loses his right to any claim. If Insurance was purchased we will be responsible for the repair of the item not full replacement. If Item can’t be repaired we will pay 60% of the declared value of the merchandise.
The Company is not responsible for:
1 – for undeclared goods
2-for delays because of customs matters,
3-for any loss or damage caused by natural disaster, such as cyclones, hurricanes, winds, rains, floods, earthquakes, etc..,
4 – for any delays, loss or damage caused by: riots, sabotage, strikes, theft, vandalism, wars, terrorist attacks, etc..
5 – For any goods that was packaged by customers, 6- for any claims made after receiving your goods,
7- for goods in warehouse for more than 30 days, 8 – for any accident that may occur on the road, store or office. 9 – For the malfunction of equipment used or new at the time of delivery,10- for the legality of documents and / or information provided by the client,11-For delays, losses or damaged by fire in warehouse, trucks, or office. 12- For any inevitable loss of goods in general. 13- Not responsible for any Glass, porcelains or Lamps broken .
Concerning the shipping of vehicles: This company is only an intermediary between the Vessel company and the customer, any complaint concerning vehicles must handle directly with the Vessel company who carries it, We charge for the documentation Process service , in case tow truck is needed or any other transportation expense the customer is responsible for those charges as well. We are not responsible for any damage, breakdowns or anything of the vehicles. Customer must open a case directly with the Vessel company.
For requirements of the U.S. Coast Guard: The vehicle must be shipped with less than a quarter of the capacity of the fuel tank. Vehicles that are shipped in containers must get the battery disconnected. After the company receives
the vehicle, it will be shipped from USA to the port within 7 days which is our time frame. After the vehicle is transported to the port, it will be inspected by customs. This inspection takes 5 to 10 working days and the customs
authorities can retain the vehicle for as long as they consider. We are not responsible for any damages under any circumstances by signing you accept these conditions. In case the customer does not agree with what is stated in this contract and decide to take legal actions against us , he may do so in Bronx Civil Court, located at 851 Grand Concourse Blvd, Bronx, NY 10451, and you can only do so if you’re the one who Signed the package.
No one is authorized to alter or amend this agreement. / Thank you for using our services.

Términos Y Condiciones del Contrato
Al momento de entregar su mercancía a nósotros y firmar su fáctura, usted esta de acuerdo con los términos, condiciones, tárifas, cláusulas y todo lo que se detallarán a continuación en este contrato. De igual manera el destinatario al momento de recibir su mercancía.
Toda mercancía con balance pendiente dejada más de 15 días a partir de su llegada al puerto de destino y siendo el cliente notificado, para obtenerla deberá pagar un 5% adicional del valor del flete por gastos de almacenamiento y a los 30 días si no es reclamada, el cliente pierde todo el derecho de la misma dándonos de ésta manera el derecho
de disponer a núestra mejor conveniencia.
El cliente es 100% responsable de lo que envie, por lo tanto si la mercancía conlleva algún tipo de investigación y/o
cargo adicional este deberá cumplir con los requisitos de la ley y/o de esta compañía. (deberá pagar gastos aduanales y otros que este conlleve, asi como presentar cualquier documentacion requerida por la ley o quien lo requiera para
su aclaración).
En caso de daños, roturas o pérdidas, a causa fuera de la que se explican en este contrato nósotros somos responsables de pagar el 50% del valor del flete de la mercancía. y $100.00 dolares por envio de paquete(cajas y/o tanques); Cliente no debe recibir ni firmar su factura, si considera que la mercancia ha sido violada, ultrajada, o no le pertenece, debe de notificarlo de inmediato a núestras oficinas y devolverla para asi verificar el caso, si firma aceptando la mercancia cliente pierde derecho a reclamos. Si algun equipo ha sido afectado fuera de lo expuesto en este c
ontrato nósotros repararemos, no daremos dinero por equipo. esto en caso de que el articulo sea nuevo y el cliente tenga su factura de prueba y halla pagado el 10% por el seguro de protección de mercancía. si el articulo es usado no somos responsables.El seguro le pagara un 65% del valor de la mercancia si el cliente no pago el
seguro no somos responsables. Esta Compañía no es responsable:1- por mercancías no declaradas por el cliente, 2-por demoras en asuntos a duanales, 3-por demoras, pérdidas o daños causadas por fenómenos náturales, tales como:
Ciclones, huracanes, maremotos, vientos, aguaceros, innundaciones, terremotos, etc., 4- por demoras, perdidas o daños causadas por: motines, sabotajes, huelgas, robos, bandalismo, secuetro de camion y/o mercancia, guerras, ataques terrorista, etc. 5- por mercancías empacadas por clientes, 6- por reclamaciones hechas despues de haber recibido su mercancía,7- por mercancías en el almacen a partir de los 30 dias siendo el cliente notificado, 8- por cualquier tipo de accidente que pueda ocurrir. 9- Por el funcionamiento de equipos usados ni nuevos al momento de entregarlo,
10- por la legalidad de documentos y/o información presentada por el cliente, 11-Por demoras, pérdidas o daños a causa de incendio en almacen, camiones, oficinas, en general. 12-Por pérdida inevitable de mercancía, camión, en general.
En caso de que esta factura sea utilizada para enviar vehiculos: Esta compañía es solamente un intermediario entre la naviera y el cliente, cualquier reclamación referente a vehiculos es directamente con la naviera que es
quien lo transporta, esta compañia hace el cobro por el servicio ofrecido y por tablilla de transportacion, en caso
de que se necesite grúa o cualquier gasto de transportación el cliente es responsable a cubrirlo. No somos responsable de daños, averias ni nada correspondiente al vehiculo.. cliente debe reclamar directamente con la naviera.
Por Exigencias De La Guardia Costera De EEUU: El vehículo debe ser embarcado con menos de un 1/4 de la capacidad en el tanque de Combustible. Los vehículos para ser embarcados en contenedores, deben ir con
bateria desconectada. La compania al recibir los vehiculos transportara de los EE. UU.
transportará hacia el puerto en un máximo de 7 días laborables. Después que el vehículo es transportado al puerto, este debe ser inspeccion por la aduana.
Esta inspección toma de 5 a 10 días laborables y está a la discrección de las autoridades aduanales retener el vehículo por el tiempo que ellos consideren n e cesario. No somos responsables por ningun tipo de daños bajo ninguna circunstancia. firmando acepta estas condiciones.
En caso de que el cliente no esté conforme con lo expuesto en este contrato y decida tomar acción legal como demandarnos, podrá hacerlo ante la Corte Civil del Bronx, ubicada en el 851 Grand Concourse Blvd., Bronx, NY 10451, y solo lo podrá hacer quien halla hecho el envío.
Nadie está autorizado a alterar o modificar este contrato. / Gracias por utilizar núestros servicios.
